You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details and track & trace once your order has been delivered to the courier. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.


All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

All unworn purchases* can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like a refund or an exchange, please send an email to Don’t forget to add the following information:

Unfortunately, if these 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

*Note: the item must be unworn, in the same condition as you received it and it must be in the original packaging.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Before getting a refund, the items will go through a full quality check. There will be checked if the products are used, the tags are original and if the product is unworn/undamaged. Products that are not getting through this test will not be accepted and will be send back at your own expense.

If your item is approved for refund, we send you an email to inform you about the approval. We usually take 1-5 business days to process your refund and 1-5 business days for the bank to post the refund on your bank account used to make the purchase.

When you have not received your refund, please do the following things:

  1. Check the bank account that you used to make the order.
  2. Check with your bank company if the refund isn’t just late.
  3. If the bank isn’t seeing a refund from our company, please contact us immediately.

Items that are received form a sale are not refunded. The item must be bought through our own webshop.


Your item must be sent back to Atelier Amandine, Kloosterstraat 162 bus 101, 2000 Antwerpen (BE) on your own expense.

Depending on where you live, the time required to reach your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to himself to give it to you later, we will send the giver a refund and he will find out what your return is.
